2 Maisonettes in Vari, Study

This is a development Study of a 2 storey Building in Vari, at the southern suburbs of Athens. It is designed for two sibliings and the building is devided vertically by a bold perpendicular wall in two. Each maisonette has its equal part of the plot as a yard with a pool for each house. The lines of this projects are very moderinistic and simple and they create a cutting edge design, waiting to be delivered as a construction.
