3 Storey Building of 6 apartments in Kifisia

This is a 600 sq m 3 storey buildng, of 6 apartments, with basement and 3 pools, an architectural study for a Chinese Investment Company in Greece. Our aim was to combine privacy and aesthetics in a relatively small plot in Kifisia. We created cladding and sliding wooden partitions for sun protection. We intergraded bioclimatic science into this design, as we try to keep up with the climate change

1900 Stone Villa Antonio in Samos

This my grandparetns house which I renovated in 2017.

Tradition and my memories were the leading points for this project. The house is functioning as an AriBNB rental with great success, due to its uique aesthetics and modern facilities. Great importance was given at the outdoor yard and balcony spaces, in which we tend to use vastly in the Summer time in Greece.

Luxury Living in Voula, Renovation

Using the color of the whitewashed oak as the base color we created a beige monochromy that followed the colors of the wall, the kitchen cabinets and the leathering. The client is Greek and we were inspired of the color of the sand as the greek sun reflects on it. It was his main request to create a space of serenity and visual unity, without distractions of multiple colors and objects.

2 maisonettes in Vari. Study

This was a challenging project to solve as we came across the subject of privacy. How can we create two different houses, secure their privacy in the same site? So we had this idea of introducing a big concrete wall as a limit - border of the two houses which clearly seperates the site in two different private houses and outdoor spaces.

Interior Design & Renovation for a 45 sq m flat in Plaka

This was a very challenging project as we had a very limited time frame, since it had to be launched in 15 days at the AirBNB platform The aesthetic here was an elegant mixture of classic and modern, as our client is an art lover and has a very defined classical aesthetic. It was a joy to work for this project as we tried to serve his needs and wishes and we made it. Since its completion it has been running as an AirBNB rental very succesfully with 100 % yearly bookings.  

Tiny home in Koukaki, Renovation

In small spaces an Architect can show his skills. In this little studio of 27 sq. m. in the heart of Athens we had to fit in everythng. Challenging but tempting, this is a project that was completed with great success. The client as satisfied and since its completion it works succesfully as an AirBNB rental with 100 % occupancy
